Okinawan Ryu is a term used in modern times to identify the martial art Karate.  Karate, one of the most popular martial art practiced throughout the world, is an effective and efficient method of unarmed self-defense as demonstrated and perfected by the martial artists of Okinawa for over 300 years.

Now, you can attain a high degree of physical and mental awareness.

I’ve been studying Karate for almost 40 years and in that time I’ve been shown and taught the secrets of Karate hidden by traditional Karate masters for centuries.  These are the techniques and moves that most people studying Karate just don’t know. Techniques that work in hand-to-hand combat confrontations.  These techniques are being used in Mixed Martial arts.

Since the 1950’s since the popularization of tournaments most combat Karate techniques have been put aside in lieu of tournament techniques.  Combat karate techniques were transformed into techniques for show and a game of tag.

I’ve compiled some of these secrets into my “secrets of karate” which you can get for free below.
